Milton Keynes Council have a new online system for applying for a parking permit. If you have an electric car (including plug-in hybrid) you can use it to get a Green Permit. This gives you parking around most of MK for free.

On Wednesday we had to travel to Birmingham for the Challenge Cup event, 120 Miles by Electric Car. We left Northampton in my BMW i3 at about 11am. We went cross country and via the A14 to avoid the M1 roadworks.
